WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We deliver within the continental US, US Territories, Alaska and Hawaii. We also deliver to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Certain products have transportation restrictions, and cannot be shipped to some locations

How Do I Select A Shipping Method? 

We are proud to offer customers the convenience of standard ground shipping. Your shipping charges will be displayed when you enter the zip code of the address to which your item or items are being shipped.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as we are ready to ship your order we will send you an email with the delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order under My Orders when you log in at Noorainternational or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated.

What Are Shipping Cost?

  • Most items are shipped using Standard Ground Delivery

Payment Information

How do I cancel the order I have placed?

You can cancel your order before it has been packed at our warehouse. If your order has already been shipped, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and refund will be processed into the source account, if order amount was paid online.

How do I pay for my COD order?

You can pay for Cash on Delivery orders by cash or by Credit/Debit card if the delivery person is carrying ‘card swipe POS machine’.

In compliance with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Finance, our delivery executives will be unable to accept Rs. 500 (old) and Rs. 1000 notes effective 09 November, 2016.

Orders & Returns

In case I cancel or return some items/complete order, how will refund be done?

 

Our refund process remains the same. Refund will always be returned to the source credit card. In case of partial refund, the refund will be on the basis of item value. The decision of continuation of EMI in case of return is at the sole discretion of the card issuing bank.

Can I exchange an Item for another product?

 

Yes, we’ve made things simpler for you! Now you can exchange your existing product with a totally different product, provided the new product you have selected must be returnable and exchangeable.
