Shipping policy

Shipping costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, and you'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Duties and taxes included. We prepay all import duties and taxes (Delivered Duty Paid). You will never be asked to pay customs charges when your order arrives.

Dispatch time. Every piece is made to order in our Mumbai workshop. Orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days, including made-to-measure garments.

Delivery time. After dispatch, delivery takes 7–10 working days to the USA, Canada, Europe and the rest of the world. Orders within India usually arrive sooner. In total, allow about 2–3 weeks from order to delivery.

Tracking. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Carriers. We ship with DHL, FedEx, UPS and Aramex, depending on the destination.

Delivery addresses. Our carriers deliver to physical addresses only. If you need delivery to a PO Box, please contact us before ordering.

Late or lost orders. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, or tracking stops updating, email us with your order number and we’ll resolve it. If a parcel is lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
